Welcome to Critter Overlord. By purchasing or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all purchases, including live ants (Tetramorium immigrans) and related products. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

  • Live Ant deliveries are restricted to customers within Pennsylvania.

  • Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase live ants.

3. Products and Use

  • Our products are designed for educational, research, hobbyist, and data-driven applications.

  • Live ants must be kept in humane, safe, and controlled environments.

  • Customers agree not to release ants into the wild or transport them across state lines.

4. Orders, Payment, and Returns

  • All orders are processed through our website and delivered according to the selected method.

  • Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of live insects and custom-made products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Delivery Agreement

  • Personal Delivery: Live ant orders are hand-delivered by us within Pennsylvania.

  • Customers must be available to receive and sign for the delivery, confirming receipt and agreement to these Terms.

  • If delivery is missed, we will attempt one additional delivery; after that, the order will be forfeited without refund.

  • Care Responsibility: Once delivery is complete, all care and responsibility for the colony transfers to the customer.

6. Disclaimer and Safety Guidance

  • Handling Disclaimer: Customers acknowledge that live ants and related products involve risks. We are not liable for injury, property damage, allergic reactions, or misuse.

  • Safety Guidance:

    • Avoid direct handling when possible.

    • Use protective tools (e.g., forceps, gloves) when interacting with colonies.

    • Keep products out of reach of children and pets.

  • Each product may include a small printed safety insert or label reiterating handling and care instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, designs, molds, and materials are owned by Critter Overlord and may not be copied or resold without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
