At Critter Overlord, customer satisfaction and product integrity are extremely important to us. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds

• Products: Once shipped or delivered, environmental conditions and handling outside our control make it impossible to ensure the health and safety of any returned products. 

• Custom and Specialty Items: Many products, such as formicariums, molds, and feeding equipment, are made-to-order or customized, making them unsuitable for resale.

• Biosecurity and Safety: To maintain health and safety standards, returned products cannot be restocked or reused.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos and details, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. We cannot refund or replace items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or circumstances outside our control.
